Prom. :)

Yesterday was amazing. The dancing, "the adventure", and the date. But lemme start from the beginning. I originally was not asked to go to prom with anyone. I didn't want to go with anyone actually, except for this one boy who apparently had another person in mind. Anyway I went to prom with my friend Es and her boyfriend. We stopped by to pick one of her other friends, a boy. It was kind of awkward at first because I only knew her. But Ive met both her boyfriend and her guy friend a long time ago. Es had a GPS with helped us so far as to guide us halfway. After some turns she decided to go through some "shortcut" her dad had showed her. We got lost. And we passed under an I-Pass no cash machine. It was funny because the whole time we were telling her that the cash only lane was on the right but she kept on the left. She'll be expecting a bill sooner or later. LOL. We eventually got on the right track, we stopped by some gas but then the GPS suddenly stopped directing us because supposedly we were already at our destination. Some old building/factory was our supposed destination. We were laughing and after a while of roaming around on the same street I finally got the right address and plugged it into the GPS. We got there right on time. It was out little "adventure". It was kind of bleh in the beginning, everybody was taking pictures and I just felt self-conscious. We were walking around looking for a table, we sat for about 3 minutes, and moved to another, and then another. While I was getting up from the last table we sat in I bumped into an old friend, who after talking to me decided to sit next to me. It was fun talking to him. We laughed and played around all night. And although some other kid tried to steal me away from him we still managed to stay together and dance the whole night. There were some ups and downs yesterday but overall I had an amazingly good time. I saw my best friend and took pictures and danced with some random boy from school who made me feel good about my dancing skills. :) I loved it.
